Overall design of robot welding workstation

The core of the welding robot workstation is a welding intelligent link with relatively high integration and synchronous operation of multiple intelligent mechanical facilities with the welding robot as the core. The planning of the overall workstation needs to analyze the material, structure and overall welding needs of the welding parts based on the actual application needs of users, so as to formulate a scientific plan. According to the product architecture of the automobile water tank and the quality requirements of welding, there are usually two sets of welding robot workstations that can effectively carry out the overall operation of spot welding, and this article will give an in-depth introduction of one of them. According to the fundamental principle of cost control and reasonable spatial regulation, the overall layout of the planned welding work is shown in Figure 1, which is usually composed of many structures such as welding robots, power control cabinets, overall welding power supply and control. There are no less than 4 stations in the welding robot workstation, and the fixture can be effectively switched according to the different types of welding products, and the adjustment of the robot manufacturing process can also efficiently carry out the exchange of welding products, so that the overall workstation operation is more intelligent, which will undoubtedly further improve the overall efficiency of the facility.
